Accidents are never great but Caliber made it easy. Bob handled my case and was fantastic. From scheduling the appointment to completion of the repairs everything was smooth. Bob kept me updated on the progress. and helped with getting the rental car delivered and returned. I would certainly use Caliber again if the need arises.
My experience was great. Mr. Bob kept me informed about the progress on my 2015 Cadillac escalade, I didn't have to call or chase behind him to see what was going on with my SUV Mr. Bob was very professional and nice. Great job Mr. Bob
Took my 2021 Honda Pilot in for repairs expecting professional work, but what I got was lazy and careless workmanship. The fender molding was slapped back on without properly securing it — clips still visibly sticking out like they just gave up halfway through the job. To make matters worse, a clearly broken bracket was completely ignored and left unreplaced, as if I wouldn’t notice.
