I visited for an estimate, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful in addressing my situation! She quickly connected me with someone who could provide an estimate for my car. Additionally, the general manager, Alan, was very kind during our interaction. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing work done!
We were driving through on our way to Oregon and ended up getting a chip in our windshield and called for a quick emergency fix to keep it from spreading. Kurt was incredibly friendly and helpful, got us patch up and on our way again quickly! Super appreciated it and would recommend them!
We took our brand new 2025 Nissan rouge rock creek addition into caliber in twin falls on latitude street after a fender bender. The car was there a total of 5 days. They called to say the car was finished. I had my daughter pick it up as I was out of town. When my wife recieved the car back she was less than happy with the work done.
