Despite the fact my car was in an accident, I had a great experience with Caliber. Monique was great with communication and updated me through the whole process. The GM Jesse was very friendly and also great with communication. They even found hardware and helped me put my plates back on my car after the place my car was originally towed to had removed them.
I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and I’m really pleased with the outcome. While there were two unexpected hiccups during the process (neither of which were the shop’s fault), the team handled everything with excellent communication and professionalism. They kept me updated throughout and worked with me to make sure things stayed on track. The repairs were done well, and my car looks great. I really appreciated their transparency and willingness to work through the challenges with me.
Repair was done in the time they said it would take. Monique was very helpful with all the updates she gave. We’re very happy with the work done. It’s like a brand new car. Thank you.

Great employees, facility, repair work and customer service. I highly recommend that you trust them with your vehicle. Third car through this shop and all three were great experiences. First claim, Kelly was incredible to work with - she informed me of the process, provided me with updates on every step, and took all of the work out of my hands. Second, they totaled. Third, Caitlin was wonderful to work with and kept me fully informed. Love this shop!
