My car looks brand new
I chose this business based upon their positive reviews but it has been a nightmare. I went to pick up my completed car and it was in worse shape than when I dropped it off. The repair was substandard and they had damaged more things to my car than when it was dropped off. The service advisor got argumentative and said they were short staffed and that some people had quit. That’s not my problem. They have had my Cadillac for over a month now. Told me it was finished. Went to pick it up. Was so disappointed. Interior had paint dust everywhere over the dash and the interior. Was supposed to be detailed , according to the website. Had spots in the leather seat where a interior panel had made impressions. Console lid had a cut in it. Shifter bezel had a scratch.
