I had a mishap with the garage door weather stripping with my BMW. Big black scratch down the side of my front fender. I took it to CC for an estimate thinking it was 4 figure damage. One of the managers looked at it and came back out with a commercial smudge remover and it wiped right off. Man, was I relieved. They wouldn't charge me anything after numerous attempts. Drew and his team went above and beyond to make sure all defects were taken care of promptly and even assisted with things not covered by insurance. Communication was great throughout the repair. This made the process much more seamless and less stressful with the great customer service they provide.
Had minor paint damage to my year old Audi from a parking lot incident. Drew Kahl, General Manager, presented the options available and made my choice easy. I'm extremely satisfied with their work. Hopefully we won't need their service in the future, but should we need collision repair, I will definitely return. Highly recommend.
