I was referred to them by my insurance company. They did a terrible job all around. They didn't complete the repairs adequately and actually caused more issues which will likely result in more damage to the vehicle. I will need to have their mistakes fixed by another shop. Would not recommend this shop at all regardless of insurance recommendations.
Extremely happy with the experience. The staff were all helpful and friendly and even gave us a ride to pickup our rental car. They made the entire process extremely easy and the work was exceptional.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and positive. They stayed in touch, sending me updates several times. After an initial estimate of how long it would take I explained I had a car trip planned and they were able to get it back to me in plenty of time.
