Initially, I took my car because of a collision. The employees gave my car back with paint stained and some broken pieces. Nonetheless, they were friendly and responsive to feedback. They gave us a rental and fixed the car without cost (guarantee) for a year. Thus, I feel there service is a 5 stars, we all have bad days where things don't go as well. They get it they did a good job
I received progress updates on each day when my vehicle was at Caliber Collision. The employees who work there are friendly and helpful, especially Brandon. I dropped off the vehicle on Monday and picked it up on Friday, all finished as promised!
