Ive used Caliber in the past through USAA and the service was always fast and top Notch. However this time was not the case. I had body damage and some mechanical repairs. It took nearly 2 months to get my car back each week that passed it was something new needed to be ordered or missed a diagnosis didn't catch an issue. However if it wasn't for Jesse Johnson being extremely up front and transparent about what was going on i would have requested USAA to find me another repair shop. His customer service was top notch.
