This is my second time working with Caliber Collision and both times were exceptional. Detailed and prompt updates. Realistic expectations and most importantly getting my Telluride looking new again. This second repair (door had a large ding from another car door being opened into it), they had my car looking better outside and in than when I dropped it off. They went above and beyond washing the floor mats of my car and wiping down the dashboard. Cannot recommend Caliber Collision enough!
My father took his car to Caliber Collision after an accident. They were very courteous and prompt in dealing with him and the insurance company. It turned out the car was totalled. Caliber was very good at explaining the extent of the damage to my father so he could understand. I went to help retrieve his belongings and the location was clean, easy to access and again the service was great. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Great job by Micah and all the staff at Caliber Collision. Kept us up to speed (pun intended) at every step of the process. Would be happy to use them again in the future, although I truly hope I don't need to.
Caliber collision took excellent care of my Honda after I hit a deer while traveling on vacation. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.
