Caliber Collision has a group of great employees that worked with me to get my vehicle done and looking new. I appreciate their honest communication and billing process that worked with my insurance company. We have used them before and are very happy with the work and interaction with the employees.
3 1/2 stars. The body panels are not perfect. Gaps are not aligned well. They could have spent a few more minutes on that. The paint was not blended well. The hood and A pillar is clearly a different shade than the fender. Communication was lacking at best. We were not kept informed about what the insurance company was telling them about the possibility of totaling the car. We were not given the respect to make our own decision on that.
