Mica did a great job of meeting my schedule. A life saver! Truck looks great.
They fixed my car but my keys were not calibrated to my car when I got back and they would tell how to fix it or where to go so I had to drive to Missoula and wait forever for a key to be calibrated and pay 150$ for it plus gas thanks a lot

I brought my car to them after my accident. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with smiles. The front desk gal was very detailed in explaining on how everything worked. The repair rep was just as nice. When I found out that my car was totaled, I called Caliber, and the guy who answered the phone was great at explaining how it all worked. Great service, had my truck done earlier than quoted. Vehicle looks brand new. Kept me updated the whole time with parts arriving and when it was going to be painted.
