This branch is AMAZING. Danette (manager), Nate, and both girls at the front desk went above and beyond to help after a traumatic accident. I am so grateful to them for their kindness, willingness to help, and their guidance following a bad car crash. Cannot recommend them enough!
Great repair experience. Sarah was very knowledgeable and kep me informed, multiple time each week. The truck was complete early. Great company to deal with.
The service was incredible all around. we hope to never see you again but, just in case you guys are the only collision center on our list.
Sarah gave us a great experience. I backed my car into a pole and it affected the back and quarter panels. I got the car back 10 days before it was estimated to be completed and the car looked brand new. I also received updates via text throughout the entire process. They also returned the rental car we were using to Enterprise. It was a great experience all around! I would highly recommend using this Caliber Collision.
