This review is specific to an estimate for repairs. This is NOT a review on the quality of work. I took my car in for an estimate for my Insurance company. I was told the estimate would take about 45 minutes and that the car needed to be put on a lift to get pictures. All good no worries. I left the car overnight and checked the next day.
