My car was parked in a parking garage when it was hit by another vehicle. The damage was to the front side, and it was severe enough that I couldn’t open the door. I had heard nothing but positive things about Caliber Collision, so I went in with high expectations. We were told specifically by the folks at Caliber that "insurance companies are responsible for the rental until your vehicle is fixed.". This was not the case, costing us an extra $140+ for the repair of our car. When we went back to Caliber to make this right, we were told there was nothing to be done to make us whole. Do not trust their word.
Brad and his team worked on my car. They did such an amazing job that you can tell there was no accident. When I got my car back it was so clean like I was expecting dust or something left in my car. Brad even kept me informed if my car was going to be done earlier than what was expected. When I was going to pick up my car he walked me through the steps with the rental, I got to the shop after work hours and he was still there able to help me get my vehicle. I was brought to this Caliber Collision location through the other driver’s insurance after being backed into. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The work was done incorrectly the first time. An employee admitted the mistake to me and said they had made the same error on another customer’s vehicle that same week. I had to bring my car back a second time to have the work corrected, and they did not provide a rental car or any transportation during that visit even though I asked.
