I am completely in love and obsessed with my car so leaving it to get fixed after it was side swiped was kind of hard for me. However, Deborah was so communicative that it really put all my anxieties at ease. She would update me through text about where they were in the process and update me on the expected finish day, which she worked really hard and after hours to ensure I got my vehicle on a Friday and didn’t have to wait through a holiday weekend. If you’re not sure which Caliber Collision to choose, this is it.
I highly recommend Caliber for vehicle repair. They were professional in all our communications and provided regular updates on the completion date. And, my car looks great.
Look: a little birdie told me (aka my friend from work) that they saved her alien sticker. She was sad about losing it AND THEY SAVED IT. While I haven’t gotten repairs there, I totally would. 7/5 stars for THAT alone
Caliber is a very professional auto repair shop that has excellent and prompt customer service, thorough information, stellar work on my vehicle, and it was even ready two days early. I was totally impressed and am glad to give them a five-star rating.
