initially a positive review, I'm changing it because my car started having issues not long after the repair. Took it to Mitsubishi dealer and turns out it was damaged during the repair, which caliber is not taking accountability for. Im now having to pay $2k for a repair out of pocket that caliber is at fault for and will not fess up to
10/10 recommend :)
They are really good
Took in my vehicle to get painted after an accident. Customer service was amazing very respectable of my time and thorough on explaining everything that was needed to get painted kept me in on the loop each step of the way and reached out to me so I wasn’t wondering what was going on with my vehicle I highly recommend this shop and if you ask for Marcus Macias that’s who made it so easy and enjoyable to do business with.
