Awesome service. Very professional.
Front desk lady was very rude. Walked in and was ignored for about 5-10 minutes while she was on her computer. Didn't even get a greeting, just told me to sit down after 10 minutes of standing. When she finally spoke with me, she laughed at me about bringing in my vehicle repaired after I had told her I'd like to bring in the vehicle to this location and not another. The entire staff is professional, compassionate, and understanding during what is often one of the most stressful experiences—being involved in an auto accident.
