received no communication except automated texts that had the wrong date. Repair was much longer than they said it would be and I had to call to get any info. They "blended" my door so the color would match but it doesn't match the other door on the same side. The side of my car is now 2 colors. My brother in law (who didn't know the car was wrecked or fixed) asked me what happened to it and pointed exactly where the dent used to be and said he sees it. So these guys have a very friendly staff and all but I'm a little salty with how they did business with me and insurance. Maybe insurance is to blame but I took my car in after insurance set me up with them, they tore apart my car while negotiating with insurance. Long story short insurance paid them to reassemble my car, they didn't reassemble it fully. They stuck my runner board in the car, so in other words I did not recieve my car in the same condition as when I brought it in.
Just fixed!Super happy! Staff are good people! I recommend them! Looks incredible!

We have taken our vehicle to Caliber Collision now 3 times. The customer service is wonderful. They actually communicate with you every step of the way. Chris Flowers is the best in the business! We will always take our vehicles to him. His work is perfect, he pays attention to detail and he provides great customer service.
