They had my car for almost 3 weeks. We’re very bad on giving me updates. I had to call numerous times they told me at first they was going to move it to a different location and then I didn’t hear anything back after that. Then we called after a few weeks and they told me the car was already done and they couldn’t do any work due to “rust issues” was a waste time. They said they checked everything over good but overlooked a crack in the frame.

Very satisfied with this company
received no communication except automated texts that had the wrong date. Repair was much longer than they said it would be and I had to call to get any info. They "blended" my door so the color would match but it doesn't match the other door on the same side. The side of my car is now 2 colors. My brother in law (who didn't know the car was wrecked or fixed) asked me what happened to it and pointed exactly where the dent used to be and said he sees it. So these guys have a very friendly staff and all but I'm a little salty with how they did business with me and insurance. Maybe insurance is to blame but I took my car in after insurance set me up with them, they tore apart my car while negotiating with insurance. Long story short insurance paid them to reassemble my car, they didn't reassemble it fully. They stuck my runner board in the car, so in other words I did not recieve my car in the same condition as when I brought it in.
