Had my car repaired there and was the best experience I have had with a shop. Friendly and knowledgeable. Car looks good as new.
Car looks new but their customer service and trustworthiness is severly lacking. When I picked up my car, I noticed that it looked ransacked. The little belongings and random things I left in the sides of my doors were thrown on my floor board and the stuff in my back seat was all on the floor too. I then noticed the charger and a bag of quarters I had left were missing. I went back in and asked if they knew what happened. Horrible communication
Caliber did a great job fixing my car after I hit a deer. They were quick and efficient. I had my car back quickly. I would use them again.
My truck looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to bring them my truck for repair!
