10/10, top notch service. If it had anything to do with them, I’m sure our repair would have been speedy. Stupid GM was on back order for parts. However, from the start they were honest with me about the timeline. For a multi store company- this place felt like an honest mom and pop shop. Caliber Collision should be the industry standard for collision repair. The service is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced dealing with a shop. Their communication is an A+, you’ll always be in the loop with what’s going on with your vehicle. They got me my vehicle back before the promised date as well which was great! Great people to do business with, thanks again for the wonderful service! I’ll refer anyone I know to this business that’s in need collision repairs.
