This was by far the best experience I’ve had with getting work done to my car at a collision center through an insurance claim. Rhonda let enterprise know as soon as I arrived to drop off my car and had them pick me up to bring me to get my rental car. Elaine left me several voicemails to keep me updated on my car the whole time it was there. Pea Ridge location is fantastic. The staff was detail oriented and ensured quality. I appreciated the weekly updates (last time I had repairs elsewhere, I had to call them constantly to get any information). It unfortunately took a little longer to get my vehicle completed than anticipated, but all for unforseen reasons. I don't hold that against them. I would highly recommend this location/company. The repair work is fantastic. My vehicle looks brand new.
Don’t waste your time anywhere else—excellent customer service! From Rhonda at the front desk to Bradley, who worked me in for an estimate and repair, all I can say is that this place is best in class. I got several estimates, and Caliber beat them all in price, honesty, friendliness, and turnaround time. Rhonda/manager, Brad/estimator and Shane/tech were great. I was kept up to date throughout the process. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule; the repairs were top notch.
