Susie was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. She is a pleasure to deal with. Charles was great and helped fixing the scuff on my car better than I could have expected. Also all the qualities as Susie. I highly recommend the Caliber Collision on Elkmont Way.

The staff is very professional. The shop area is very clean. My front bumper was repaired. They color matched my 22 yr old car perfectly. My car was repaired on the date promised.
Very bad customer service and no respect for Customer too much wrong all people paperwork Supervisor, very bad customer service not have understand. Respect too much wrong.
