65 days in the shop. No customer acceptance. Left an unresolved vehicle in my driveway without verification of the failed repair.. Now multiple warranty visits. Currently 10 days for a two day repair. 100 calls in and ZERO callbacks in two years including the past 10 days. Todd refuses to call back a one car owner. I’m at the mercy of a non attentive staffer embarrassingly labeled general manager.
