Jesse was very nice and knowledgeable. The outside hail damage repairs were great but our van did run into a couple issues upon us getting it back. Our trunk won't open, A/C was blowing hot and the Instrument Cluster Display is frozen. Plus the top panels on the van came loose 5 minutes after us receiving the van back. I took it back to them to fix all issues. They were able to add Freon to the van and fix the top rubber panels.
