GREAT service and a GREAT team of people! The receptionist was friendly and fully explained the process and their interface with the car rental. From start to finish, my service advisor McKinley Hardy kept me informed of the work that was being done and the progress. When I called with questions, they were always polite, patient and professional. My car was completed on time and at pickup, McKinley walked me through everything that was done. I HIGHLY recommend this company at this location!

This was my second time working with Caliber and they are consistently excellent. Repair work was done quickly, communication along the way was awesome, just a great overall experience. My service advisor Rodney was top notch. This is one of those services I hope I don’t have to use again but if I do, Caliber will be my pick.
The service at the Cary location was excellent. My car looks brand new, they returned it spotless! The staff was professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the process. If I ever need repairs again, I would definitely come back here!
