Great experience! Lots of iodates throughout the process. Everyone was very friendly! My car came back like new and cleaner than when i left it!
I’ve had the worst experience with these guys with both my vehicles that are there right now. My Camaro was supposed to be put back together for pick up today. Haven’t got a call at all today from them went up there wasn’t ready for pick up was told by them that it would be done today and they were going to call me. Didn’t get a call text or email. Showed up for a pick up. Talked to the person for contact, picked up 3 in willard mo. I asked what time does the Springfield facility open? He replied 730. I said ok I'll see them then. He replied ok. I texted him at 730 told him I was 3 minutes away from 2nd pick up. He replied (sweet) as soon as walk in to office a lady came from around the corner ask what do you need!
