I came here for some front end collision repair on my 2018 Jetta and I have nothing but good words. They were very communicative, calling me every couple of days to update me on the repair status. The repairs looked brand new and they did a fantastic job. They also cleaned my driver floorboard and detailed the inside of my car which was insanely nice of them and I appreciate that.
We hit a deer and took the car to Brandon at Caliber. He was very professional, the service was quick and painless, billing was easy, and they even detailed the inside of the car when it was done. They definitely over performed our expectations! So professional. So quick. Amazing work! They even recalibrated the sensors. The car has never looked better!
This place is dirty and dishonest. They charged my insurance company $1000 for a free estimate and also added vehicle storage while they were doing the estimate. They told my insurance company in my vehicle was a total loss When it was not.
We've used this business, and this location a number of times for simple repairs and insurance claims as well. They've always been excellent to work with, quick with repairs(that are quoted to cash perfectly or billed to insurance without me involved!), and I leave with car that has been cleaned, clocks reset, and in better condition than new! The reception area is quiet for waiting, the staff is friendly and efficient. Absolutely recommend!
The front desk were very kind and helpful with any questions and concerns. They helped me out with any issues that I needed and were amazing with my repairs! Definitely recommend coming here
