After someone hit my car, I took it to Caliber Collision on Sunshine in Springfield and had a really good experience. Tom was great to work with—kept me updated and made the whole process easy. When I picked up my car, the repairs looked good, and the detail job was spotless. You can tell they take pride in what they do and care about the quality of their work. Hopefully I won’t need repairs again, but if I do, I’d definitely come back.
This place is dirty and dishonest. They charged my insurance company $1000 for a free estimate and also added vehicle storage while they were doing the estimate. They told my insurance company my vehicle was a total loss When it was not. They had admitted wrong doing and said they were going to refund my insurance company $1000 that they stole, but they never did. I came here for some front end collision repair on my 2018 Jetta and I have nothing but good words. They were very communicative, calling me every couple of days to update me on the repair status. The repairs looked brand new and they did a fantastic job. They also cleaned my driver floorboard and detailed the inside of my car which was insanely nice of them and I appreciate that.
We hit a deer and took the car to Brandon at Caliber. He was very professional, the service was quick and painless, billing was easy, and they even detailed the inside of the car when it was done. They definitely over performed our expectations! So professional. So quick. Amazing work! They even recalibrated the sensors. The car has never looked better!
