The Caliber team is awesome to work with!
Service was fine. However, the issues arise when I attempted to pay my deductible. I tried to pay by cash (no cash accepted) then by cashier's check (not that either) so I got a counter check from the bank. 6 weeks later I call them to find out why the check hasn't been cashed, turns out they messed it up when they tried to run it and then they either lost or shredded the check, don't really know which.
