Took car in for repair after a minor rear end collision. They unhooked battery cables while car was being repaired. When hooked back up, they could not get car to reset. Told me and insurance co it was because the car had an after market radio which it does NOT (later confirmed by Honda) and therefore, they cannot reset it. Caliber provided professional service for my vehicle repair following a car accident. They kept me informed and we able to finish the job faster than anticipated.
I was hesitant to use the Shelbyville location after seeing some reviews. After further research, I realized the reviews were for another location. Communication was impressive. They answered every question and I called a couple of times. Everyone I spoke to was patient and thoroughly answered all my questions. The repair looks great.
