Sadly I needed repair to my car twice this month. One was due to an attempted tbeft of my car, then an accident a week after I got my car back. The service I recieved from the time I dropped my car off, to the communication during the repair period, to pick my car up was top notch. Even though my work was covered by insurance I will not hesitate to bring my car here for repair work. My husband was a car guy and I miss having him to take car of my cars, but I found a competent and honest shop. That is not easy these days.
I thought they did a great job on my car. Looked as good as new and even washed and cleaned the inside. Very nice folks and I would recommend this shop to anyone needing to get their car repaired.
Zero stars; terrible customer service. After 2 months of nothing being done with no communication we picked up our vehicle and took it somewhere else.
The staff was nice. They took forever to complete the damage to my car. I picked up two later, and two parts were not replaced. They promised to mail parts to me to attach myself. The hood vibrated when drove on the highway. I had to turn around and turn to the shop for that and other adjustments. This was in Shelbyville, Kentucky.
