Irma and Carlos really turned my day around! Got into my first, very minor accident this morning. We’re talking a light scuff, but that didn’t stop me from making it into a big deal. To make matters worse my tires were very low and I desperately needed air. I called around to a few places but no one was as warm and inviting as Irma! I got rear ended on the freeway and was pretty bummed out about the damage done to my truck. Carlos and his crew took great care of everything and made the process easy. They kept me updated along the way with solid communication, and I got my truck sooner than expected. I'm really happy with the results. Appreciate the quality work and professionalism from this shop!
Highly recommend this place for any repairs. All work done on my car was quick and very good job done. The worker assigned to my case was Irving and im highly satisfied with him. He was very respectful, bilingual, and he kept giving me updates about my car which I highly enjoyed. Irving did an amazing job, 5 stars!
This shop is hands down the best. From the beginning to the end. The representative that handled my case was Irving he was professional and very knowledgeable in his job. Kept me updated through the process. He is a true asset to Caliber. The workmanship that was put into my car by their machanics was excellent.
This shop blew away all my expectations. Irving took care of me from the very start, communicated every little detail with me, and overall made sure I got the best service possible. Because of him and his standards, my car looks brand new. I would recommend this shop, and especially Irving to everyone. He was a pleasure to work with.
