dropped my car off for repair the front desk receptionist Irma took me in right away and explained everything very well and also let me know what things to have in order as well. Frank was the gentleman that helped intake my car and reviewed it upon pick up. very easy drop off process, felt very comfortable with their process.
I took my vehicle to do insurance job: removing front bumper and adding a supposedly Kia factory new bumper. When I was called to pick it up, I saw that bumper was not installed correctly, manager came out and saw my obvious concern, he said he will order again from factory(not aftermarket) for the second time, a week later I get my vehicle slightly better installed bumper but still a notice gap where headlights meet bumper, I brought to manager's attention and he informed me that it'll take sunlight and a couple days for bu... read more
I don’t know how this place gets good ratings I ordered a part for my car months ago I am waiting for a call I’ve been calling they said the person that ordered it is that another store they would follow up at the store. Why can’t they just look on their computer here
I went in for an estimate on a minor dent in my car and John Hernandez was very helpful, fixing it for me right away. I would recommend this body shop.
