Good work, easy to deal with
My 2019 Chevy Tahoe, was damaged from a car that had backed into it in a parking lot, and had to get the repairs done. After checking many reviews on auto body shop's, the one that stood out was Caliber Auto body. I have never had an accident that needed repairs before, so were a bit nervous about the whole thing. When I met with the Caliber front office, and all of the staff, I was put at ease. They treated me with respect and knew that I was upset about the accident. Had a collision, my car was taken and took about 2 weeks. They are very transparent on what process they are at and very accommodating to communication over text instead phone calls.
