They finished earlier than expected, washed my car and vacuumed it and coordinated the rental return for me. Excellent service
5 star service Hugo was the best the only issue I had is the did not replace or repair my front driver side rim they stated could not cause they could not find the rim and stated when they come across one they would call it’s been almost 2 weeks and so far no call but I am sure eventually they will it was the easiest experience and quick and they made sure everything was perfect except for that rim I am not happy about that part cause the reason they said they didn’t do it is cause they couldn’t find 1 but I looked online an... read more
They did a great job on my repairs. Our service agent was Jason and he was very courteous and kept us informed on the progress of the repairs. Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.
