I stopped in last Friday afternoon at 2:30 for an estimate. The same way I did last year getting an estimate for repairs that you did then. Last time I got in no appointment no issues whatsoever. Had the repairs and very happy. This time I get asked first off if it is going to insurance? When I say no she says you have to have an appointment. I've been going to this location since it was Jeffrey's Auto Body so when I got into a recent accident, I booked an appointment. When I picked my car up following the repairs, I noted 3 items that could have been easily overlooked with the extent of the initial repairs. Upon making the manager, Jamie, aware, she immediately said that she would reschedule a second appointment to make it right. If you have a Progressive claim stay far away from Caliber. They are deceitful and will bend to Progressive's will. Avoid like the plague!!!
