My car was at Caliber Collision for 2 months, they never detailed my car as promised. Left the number imprints on the windshield from my car being there. The hood fitment does not fit properly AND left my car with only 20 miles until empty after driving it to and from different shops. Highly disappointed and they call themselves a Collision shop? I recommend taking your business elsewhere!
Been waiting for my wheel to be delivered since September 2025. (Still waiting) Not only was I the one reaching out to them for any update, the day they said my wheel was delivered and ready for pick up, I showed up just to be told they ordered a wrong one. Total of 3 hours of drive just so they can prove their incompetence. I wasted my time, gas, and a day off due to their failure. No compensation, no initiative to fix the issue. Car was done in a timely manner despite them warning me they were overly busy. Looks great too. Very pleasant as well. Had an unrelated minor dent taken care of while it was in for repairs and the price was very reasonable
Overall a good pleasant experience considering the circumstances that I needed to be there. This being my first accident (rear-ended, not my fault) I had no clue what to do. Debbie was great and helped with things that became difficult with the insurance company (not mine), and the rental was much smoother thanks to both places on that part. Matt kept me in the loop on the repairs and had it done when he said it would be. My truck looks great! Would recommend this location.
I gave a one star just to write this review. Caliber Collision is “ The very Worse Place Ever!” What ever you, do… do not ever take your car here, or have it Towed there. I had an accident in January, and my car is still in terrible Condition. I traveled back, and forth 12 times to get it fixed. All Matt did was make excuses… last time I, went there he had the audacity to say, my car was in another accident. All lies, just so, they do not fix it! They didn’t put manufactured parts on it.
