The service was quick and of good quality.
Very professional and communicative throughout the repair process.
It is a mix of feels , the paint came out beautifully done. I got my car back on January 30th and saw that the tow cap was missing. And they ordered the wrong emblem. They were " helpful " on "trying " to find the tow cap and resolve the issue. But nothing beyond that. Reached out to my insurance. They also charged me an extra $85 on top of my deductible. Was told to file a complaint the the B.A.R., which is did. To this February 22nd, 2025, they still haven't resolved the wrong emblem.
My insurance company recommended taking my car here after I was hit by an Uber driver. They took my car in with rear end damage estimating about a two week repair window. Juan was very knowledgeable, kept me updated via texts during the process and got it finished almost a week early. The car looked great, they washed and vacuumed it and it looks like nothing ever happened. I appreciate them turning an irritating inconvenience into a very smooth and easy to deal with process. Thank you guys!
