Unfortunately I've had to have my vehicle in for repairs 2x this summer. (Unrelated incidents) Both times Caliber did a superb job. They were reliable, communicative, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Great communications and service.
Deer collision with my Honda CRV....Caliber works directly with insurance and Enterprise Rental. I dropped my car off, was taken to Enterprise, got my rental and was off! Seamless. Caliber communicates expertly through calls and text. Very, very professional and caring. Car was done before targeted date, excellent work as well. Dropped my rental off at Caliber when my car was ready, left the rental there and I was off, seamless! I am beyond thankful for having had this experience with both Caliber and Enterprise.
Absolutely great experience. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They took great care of my truck and made sure everything was top notch before I left. Would highly recommend.
