Angie at the front desk is AMAZING! Very professional and friendly. Will recommend to anyone needing repairs etc. always kept me updated on my repairs and a phone call away if I had any questions.
When I walked into the Caliber Collision office, I could feel the good vibes. I found everyone to be professional and knowledgable. They communicated with me via text thru out the repair process, keeping me updated on completion the date. If in need, I will choose Caliber again.
Started well and did excellent work on my car. The communication was fair but in the end was not properly shared through all the team members. So when I showed up at the agreed upon time it was not ready and I had to wait for almost an hour. The car was not detailed as promised but the store was closing and I was out of time.
I highly recommend Caliber Collision on Azalea Garden Road. Kristina was amazing. The entire process was handled with respect for the customer. Communication was great, lots of updates. The car was ready on the day and time promised. When I brought the car in, they arranged to have a driver from the rent-a-car company there to drive me to their company. When my car was repaired and I picked it up, I left the rental there and Caliber took care of it. The work they did was impeccable. This is the place to go!
