I 100% recommend Caliber Collision. From start to finish, Tyler and his team have been way above the standard when it comes to customer service and taking care of their customers. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After having my vehicle painted, it was returned to me where there was repairs you can feel the rough paint and you can see swirl marks .The car was inadequately washed, with dirt and spots visible on areas that were not painted. Furthermore, the silver paint blending was poorly executed. This was not the quality of work I expected. This is the second time I have had my vehicle work with them. I want to recognize Brad for taking care of my 2024 Nissan Sentra, I had gotten recommended to caliber collision for my first time. It was the best time. Brad took care of me and my problem within 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, he ended up finding me a nice plan for me to pay the bill and take care of my situation. I have no photos, but I can tell you that Brad took care of me and that is what matters most. He deserves a raise and a vacation to a nice resort.
