Very lengthy and complicated repair (nearly 4 months). Once complete, the work seems top-notch! Communication, though, was not near the level required.
Greeted with a smile, some small talk then technician checked out the vehicle advising required repairs. I was kept updated several times in my email. My vehicle was done a week early to my surprise! The shop was close, convenient and staff was great! I would recommend taking any vehicle to Caliber Collision!
The repair was fantastic. My car came back cleaner than when it went in.
They rushed the repair and you can tell it was damaged. Doesn't look anywhere near as good as it did before it was damaged! The passenger side they repaired does not match the driver side. I let them repair a $40,000 car and it looks like crap! This is the 2nd time I had them repair my car and the quality was lacking. The first time they had me email them to repair their first mistake and wouldn't contact me after I emailed them!
