They were very nice. Gave me a bid that matched pretty close to another bit at a dealer was able to order the rental car and pick it up at their place and return it. They kept me informed about what was going on when the car would be done and when I dropped it off, they returned the rental car. Staff was very nice. Very caring.
This collision repair facility went far above and beyond my expectations, I was treated with respect, I had all my questions and my concerns answered, I was not just another customer, I was notified consistently of the work done on my vehicle, and more importantly I was listened to with no judgement! Received numerous text messages throughout the vehicle repair process. And, got it back sooner than they originally said it would be done. No ride at start or end of work from there and to my place they provided rides. They are awesome to work with would highly recommend them.
Looks Brand new
My son got rear-ended in his newer Jeep. We had a lot of work but had to be done and they did an awesome job and cared about our concerns.
