The staff seemed very friendly. At the end asked if I had any questions for them. Many don't even ask. It was nice and they walked me through what needed to be done.
My insurance company sent us to Caliber after we had an accident. The customer service was outstanding from the start until the end. Saifah, our service advisor kept us posted frequently on the progress as parts came in and rebuilding and painting the car was taking place. When we picked the car up, my wife and I agreed it looked brand new! I would highly recommend their work and great professionalism.
