Horrible workmanship. Everyone there thinks they know everything and won't listen to a word from anyone. Zero attempts at blending paint, parts are missing g off my car, they left damaged parts on. Just painted a bumper cover, added some marker lights, and slap it on. Ready to go! Not at all! Insurance was paying because their client hit me. All I wanted was it fixed correctly. Caliber DOES NOT DO THAT APPARENTLY! And I have photos to prove it!
I have had used Caliber Collison for a few cars that have been in accidents. I worked with a few folks, but mostly with Aerica. She has always been very helpful and proactive throughout the whole repair. It's great that they have people like her on staff to help when having to go through this process. She worked directly with my insurance so I did not have to do a thing other than pay my deductible when the repair was complete. I would highly recommend Caliber and Aerica if you are in need of a collision repair in the area.
Came in for an estimate and was surprised by how friendly everyone was. One of the girls, Erika, was very helpful and steered me in the right direction for my needs. If your looking for a collision place for an estimate or repairs, I would suggest Caliber based on the friendliness alone.
