Chis and Amber were so welcoming and thoughtful throughout the whole process! Definitely made the wait for my repair easy as I knew i was in good hands.
This is the second time I’ve used Caliber and I’ve been very pleased both times! My insurance dropped my deductible and Amber called them to make sure everything was taken care of. Devin was thorough in discussing everything with me upon drop off, and Chris was so kind and welcoming when picking my vehicle up. Hopefully I will not need collision services again, but if I do, I will choose Caliber!
