Straight up. Hit and run on my 2 month new vehicle and she's pretty again. After painting the hood techs, did not replace the badge. Lucky for them I didn't want it haha but after I pointed it out they offered to put it back on and I just took it home in a bag. Still good customer service, I'll come back. Thanks.
Highly recommended was able to schedule an appointment. Immediately car was done. A week. Ahead of schedule was notified about the process throughout the week. It was in the shop. Excellent, customer service and repairs.
If you have to have repair work done on your vehicle.I would highly recommend this place.I was very satisfied with the work that they did.And the time frame that they did it in, they communicated with me almost on a daily basis.
The entire staff at this location are rockstars! Professional and great at helping me go through my first collision of my life. It’s very strange to do something new like navigating an insurance claim and this office staff especially Riley really helped me understand and feel okay with the whole process. Thanks Tacoma team :)
