North Ft Myers shop was amazing. The staff and team who worked on my car were outstanding. I can't say enough about how thrilled I was with everything. I will say this, I called another location in ft Myers/Lehigh and let me just say that girl who answers the phone needs a serious attitude adjustment. Very unprofessional. We are very pleased with the service we recieved with Caliber Collision. This is a team that works very well together and are very professional. From the first day we walked in they explained what the plan was and kept us informed several times a week on the progress of the repair. (very impressive) When the job was done they called us in.
