I had a small specialty part that I could not install myself (required a specialty tool that could not be found). I stopped in and was greeted very politely and referred to Steve to see if they could do the job. Steve understood the issue clearly and was very helpful in checking with the technicians and performing the installation. It only took about 10min. and installed perfectly.
