We encountered a number of issues getting our vehicle repaired through this shop. Initial misinformation resulting in delays, inaccurate/incomplete information regarding our windshield repair, damage which was not fixed when we picked up the vehicle (they did fix it later though) and outright lies regarding the billing and amounts due. They are wonderful. They work seamlessly with my insurance. They had the job done a day early and kept me well informed throughout the entire process as to their ability to finish on time. I have already referred them to other people.
