Worst technicians I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve had my car there multiple times and they Cut corners By gluing Broken parts back together instead of replacing them After multiple times, my car still isn’t right. Parts keep falling off as I drive down the road
Not so good so far. My adjuster's been trying to get the estimates on my car sent over to her for over a week. Caliber is holding up my whole claim. When I called the guy was on lunch at 3:40 in the afternoon. He was SUPPOSED to call me when he returned within 30 minutes 😔 forcing me to go to Ferguson I'm not going to call you. I'm waiting on the call you promised
Had to have my rear bumper repaired on my F150, they did an excellent job and had a quick turn around. Also had great customer support, Jesse was very helpful!
