I had the best experience at Caliber Collision (CC). Ms. Kim was excellent over the phone explaining the procedure and getting the pertinent information to get the work done and the connect that was made by USAA. I came into the workshop the next day and my paperwork was already done and Ms. Kim introduced me to Mr. Bradley who explained the entire procedure.
