Outstanding service from all. Truck looks awesome and Gracie (front desk) and Debbie (repair rep) was very professional and had outstanding customer service. Kept me well informed throughout the repair process. Would highly recommend. Thanks.
Caliber did a great job repairing damage on my SUV. Thanks to Grace for keeping me informed along the way! Highly suggest them! I’d used their Corpus location a few years ago once. We’re fortunate to have them in Portland now.
Be wary if you get scheduled to go here for an insurance estimate. I was turned away, told they didn't have the people needed to perform an estimate. Meanwhile the guy behind me is in for the same thing, same insurance, and is helped out. Wouldn't have minded a wait time as understand alot of people have hail damage due to the storm, but don't turn some customers away and help some at random.
