really easy to work with and good at handling insurance
I’ve had two vehicles repaired at the Painesville Caliber Collision. In both cases the work was on time and very well done. Highly recommended and would use them again if the need arises.
All of the staff were super friendly and the work that was done was done correctly. They worked well with my insurance and the rental company I used. However they had my vehicle for a month which felt like a long time compared to the amount of work that needed done. They had my car 4 days longer than the original expected date of return, causing me more charges for my rental. Overall I would go back to them based off of the work and friendliness I experienced
Caliber Collision is a top notch facility, their team worked hard to return my car to me like nothing ever happened. I was referred to Caliber Collision by my old body shop technician/manager and am forever grateful. I would 100% use them in the future if the opportunity would arise. Great job!
