I am very disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision on Olive and Clovis Ave. I dropped off my car expecting a professional repair, but the entire process was frustrating from start to finish. About a week later, I was told my car was ready. When I inspected it, I immediately noticed that the front bumper on the right side, near the headlight, was not fitted properly and there was a visible gap. They did exceptional work and had exceptional customer service. Also, when I stated that my rental car was due a few days before their estimated time of completion, they were able to work to speed up the process so that it would be done in time.
Did a pretty good job and finished the job earlier than expected.
