My 4th trip to this shop over the years, first time as caliber. Kelly was really friendly, she reminded of me of the previous owners vibe. Chris took over and went over my car, it came back looking brand new. He had me get my glasses out of the car before i left, my wife was grateful. I think they waxed the car before i got it back, it had a noticable shine to it
