I dropped the car off on Thursday afternoon for my scheduled appointment on Friday to have my windshield replaced. They called me on Friday afternoon to say the windshield guy never showed up and the car would not be done until Monday. This was a significant inconvenience to leave the car over the weekend. When I picked the car up on Monday, someone had gone through the console compartment and contents were scattered on the front and rear seats. A small bag of loose change was missing.
