HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Brandon was such a great communicator, he communicated with me the day the I dropped off my car until the day I picked it up. Ryleigh was a great help too, she made sure to answered all of the questions I had.
Awesome communication by Brandon throughout the repairs and he made it a seamless experience. I highly recommend this shop.
They were able to get the vehicle in right away after the accident. Updates in when it'll be done was good. The bad...they said the car was fixed but drove off the lot with a major wheel alignment issue. They said they didn't see anything. I was forced to bring it to another shop and they found a bent strut and knuckle and obvious misaligned wheels. Who would have thought if you get hit on the wheel and front corner that the car might need an alignment. I will never go back to this place
I have had two vehicles repaired at Caliber in Woodbury. The overall experience was great The communication was great and they did their best to keep the cost within the original estimate, the repairs were relatively quick. When our car was returned, we noticed a fine white spray on one side and thought it might be from Caliber. Upon further inspection with Myles (the manager), we realized that at some point we drove through something, maybe road paint, which caused the spots.
