We were rear ended and had our MDX repaired at Caliber. The work done was fine, the problem came in when they tore the car apart and then ordered the part which took 3 weeks to get leaving another week to finish. We recently had another fender bender, got an estimate which the insurance company paid them ahead of time. I and the insurance company requested they ordered the parts before I brought the car in to avoid what happened last time and they refused saying it was company policy even though they already had the money!
Needed an antenna cover and they just snapped it on: no hassle, no problem! Thank you so much!!
