Updated review June 16, 2026: This company is an absolute disaster. You can see the review I wrote a little over a week ago, and the canned AI reply. Okay, so I took the bait and wrote to their customer service team and that was an even bigger waste of time. They do not care. They absolutely do not care. They made the damaged part of my car look brand new. What else does one want or expect. Great customer service. Chris did a thorough job with the car, then had me get my glasses out of it before I left. My wife was very grateful for that
I wouldn't recommend them. First of all, the office and waiting room is absolutely covered with dust. Secondly, they have a very rude technician working in the back. I arrived on time for my appointment and had waited fifteen minutes before that guy came in and told us, we shouldn't be in the waiting room. When asked, he refused to give his name and told me he didn't care if I left, so I did. He has dark hair and a ponytail.
