I brought my 2025 Ford Lightning in for an estimate recently. The tech came out, took pics, wrote up an estimate for me. I called a few weeks later to schedule repairs. The receptionist was rude, dismissive and not easy to deal with. I scheduled repairs and brought the truck up to drop it off. Upon arrival, the receptionist again, was not friendly. Caliber collision did a fantastic job on restoring my front bumper and side Quarter panel. Excellent customer service and the work was incredible. Looked like I had a brand new jeep.
Our car was ready late Friday evening and we told them when they called to let us know that we would be by the next day to pick it up. We got there at 11:33 they closed at 12:00 and the doors were locked and nobody was there. There were also other people there trying to get their vehicle and needed to return their rental car.
