Caleb was wonderful with customer service and communication but I have got to give 1 star due to the receptionist. Each time I came in it was the same woman with glasses and short hair. She never would greet me and always gave me rude tone and attitude with whatever I said. If she hates her job so much I can think of dozens of places hiring for front desk positions, but maybe front of house is not for someone like her.
