After I was hit at a red light, the other driver’s insurance asked me to choose a shop—this Caliber was fantastic. Professional, kind, and communicative the whole way. I got my car back quickly, and they worked to have it done before I had to leave on a vacation. Lucas was great, and Cassie at the front desk put me at ease. There’s not waiting around doing nothing—they are always in motion. Highly recommended!
That's toward the high end of expense steep and they don't really hurry. But the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
