My '08 Lexus Rx got worked in an accident. I think most auto body shops recommended by insurance companies would have done a fine job. I’ve had terrible experiences in the past working with repair companies so I didn’t know what to expect with Caliber Collision, I’m glad I remained open minded. The staff and specifically Kaili and Jared who worked on my vehicle were amazing. They were so polite and answered all of my questions. They were quick and attentive to my needs. I chose this repair shop because I have no other vehicle and needed to rent one and they had phenomenal reviews and a quick turn around time compared to many other shops nearby so I felt like I’d be in good hands and my repair would be quick by coming here. Everything was great until it was not. I was out of the country so I was unable to pick my vehicle up at the time it was “done” (I dropped it off on February 24 and it was “done” by March 20). I picked up my car on April 8. I did not even get out of the lot and down the s... read more
