This is my 2nd time getting my vehicle repaired at Caliber (first time was a different location). Both times were a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Getting your car damaged is one those life things that there is never a good time for it to happen. But, Caliber made it seamless. I mostly dealt with Cassie and Rocco at this location even though there was obviously a team of talented professionals that made the vehicle look new again. Great job on the body work but having a little bit of issues with the windshield replacement. I can hear the sound of wind leaking through like a window is slightly cracked open, but investigated it and found no e to be open. Didn't ever see water leak around windshield so figured that wasn't the culprit. But the other day during a heavy downpour the windshield started to fog up a little and then suddenly went completely opaque from moisture. The defroster did nothing.
