The Merriam location team were so great and professional with a sense of quality I have never received at other collision/body repair shops. This was all going on during the Christmas and NY's holidays and yet they were on top of communication, customer service and a true helpful attitude. I never felt rushed or pushed aside and they did an amazing job. My car was returned to me promptly, clean and shiny... Denise and Dan were terrific to work with, especially Denise!! No I am not a family member, LOL
I took my suv there for repairs after a hit and run. They were prompt, professional and worked with my insurance company. The workmanship was excellent. I would 10/10 recommend.
