Update 09/25/2025: It sounds like we have a mediation meeting that is currently being set up. I will be using the recorded call I have with the regional manager who said as a collision repair company that *somehow* they didn't check our car properly/oil filter because they "felt" like it didn't need to be, based off the damage initially (that should concern everyone/anyone. Why wouldn't they at least check, since thats their job after all, seems pretty basic for people who claim to be car mechanics). I will keep everyone upd... read more
I've used the same body shop for over 30 years. Unfortunately, they sold 2 years ago leaving me to search for a new shop. I restore classic cars so I am very particular and familiar with the processes, what to look for, shortcuts, and poor quality others don't see. I cannot speak for all Caliber locations, but the one in Merriam, KS delivered beyond my expectations.
