I came to have the rear bumper re-attached to my 2006 Honda Accord that I accidentally knocked off.( I had the total bumper replaced a couple years ago after a collision on the interstate). The General Manager named Frank understood my concerns of not having to go through the insurance company to pay for it. He inspected the bumper and stated that he could remount it with no cost.
