this location really impressed me with their service from the receptionist at the front desk to my adjuster Andrea she identified herself we went over the damage to my vehicle she was very efficient and kept me informed daily as to the status of my repair vehicle was done in advance of the date , vehicle was cleaned inside and outside before picking it up

Honestly, they’ve done good work on our cars, but any sort of dispute with them results in their customer-facing support disappearing. Rather than talking the issue out amicably about what was happening, why it was concerning, and seeking resolution (good or bad), the call became a blame game and went from a discussion to full condescension. Very disrespectful and unnecessary.
Saw the good reviews and ended up choosing thie place. Had a crack on the body of my 2013 Honda CRV's back right corner. Took it to them and it was done in 2 business days even though they said it'd take about 6 days. What really got me though was that I got the car completely spotless???? Like the inside was spotless, front/rear windows spotless. That was unnecessary but they still went out of there way to do so. First time in one of these shops but they set the precedent for me.
