I don’t recommend this mechanic. They took 2 weeks to fix the damage. They kept pushing the pickup date. When my daughter went to pick it up she checked the car and saw a gap on the headlight so she told them and she had to wait so they could fix it. The receptionist is not professional and rude. She asked how she could help when I told her how she started telling me that they are not there to accommodate my daughter to give her a ride when others did. Caliber Collision was on point from start to finish. My Honda Civic had heavy damage to the rear driver's side, including the bumper, quarter panel, taillight, and wheel. The team answered every question and addressed all my concerns. The woman who took my phone calls was extremely friendly and helpful. The repair was fast, and the car looks like it was never hit. The whole process was made very easy, and the car was returned to me nicely cleaned. Highly recommend!
