This is the second car I have taken to Caliber Collision. I have gone to two different locations in Thurston County and both have been fabulous! I highly recommend going through them, especially if you have Progressive insurance. They are transparent and great at communicating what's going on and what to expect. They also appreciate that not everybody likes talking on the phone lol and will communicate via text or email if preferred. Great customer service
We loved the folks we initially dealt with and our car looked great but we started getting warnings, one specifically dealing with "collision" sensors on the EXACT day and Time of the accident, and another dealing with the sensors in the bumper that they repaired dated THE 3rd DAY THEY HAD OUR CAR IN THE SHOP. My wife went into to have these issues addressed today and was told they were a "Coincidence"...
