Great place to take a vehicle.
I was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was very friendly, I received text updates for every step and never once wondered where they were in the process.
Terrible customer service, bad body work, bad paint job. They had my vehicle for months bumper fender repair, made several excuses, including blaming an old accident, which was seven years prior and was fixed professionally, seven years prior and had nothing to do with their terrible work.Cassandra was rude unprofessional and had attitude every time i brought up issue with body and paint work .Bad customer service.My car is still not fixed correctly.Check engine lights are still on that were supposed to be corrected, body wo... read more
So I used to do business with caliber, but they've made it clear. My business is not wanted apparently, I was told that progressive told them not to touch a vehicle i left there for an estimate and repair. Me being very detailed of the situation that I was trying to get this vehicle repaired & that I potentially was gonna have to pay them to redo paint work that was done at another local shop "bills 6th" that didn't match the paint very well.
