First rate service with an eye for detail!
Just had a hail damaged car fixed there and all i can say is WOW! AMAZING STAFF and I cant believe how well the repair was!!!
Very disappointed I show up for my appointment that they scheduled and wait 15 minutes to be told their hail team for estimates isn't working today. Very unprofessional.
Had our brand new tailgate stolen, Caliber was able to replace it for us. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, worked with our insurance, and listened when we pointed out some things we weren’t sure about. The tailgate didn’t have a key provided so they set us up with Jeremy of Pop-n-Lock who came out expediently and had us covered! They went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work and are continuing to address the issues we had.
